If your order did not reach you, please contact us and provide us your tracking or shipping number so we can contact our shipping partners in order to ascertain the whereabouts of your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected goods that are damaged or have had issues; and a replacement will be shipped out to you soonest.
